MEET ADRIANA OCAMPO SENIOR
Adriana Ocampo Senior is an award-winning aerospace executive, best-selling author, and advocate for women and Hispanics in STEM. With 30+ years of experience across commercial and defense aerospace, she is known for translating complex strategy into operational results, building high-performing teams, and leading transformation in environments where quality, safety, cost, and schedule all matter.
She brings a rare blend of engineering, operations, supplier management, and enterprise strategy, strengthened by deep experience leading geographically dispersed and cross-cultural teams across the U.S., Brazil, the Czech Republic, and Puerto Rico.
Executive Leadership & Transformation
Across her career at The Boeing Company, Adriana held multiple enterprise-level leadership roles, including Chief of Staff & Business Integrator to a Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff to the Boeing South Carolina General Manager. She is recognized for driving executive alignment, building governance and accountability, and converting priorities into action across global organizations and customers.
Her leadership includes high-impact transformation work, such as:
- Integrated the Boeing–Embraer Joint Venture operations across three countries, managing regulatory, cultural, and operational complexity
- Directed $100M+ portfolio management, improving delivery efficiency by 25% and optimizing resource utilization across global operations
- Led Brazil’s F-X2 campaign supplier assessments totaling $500M+, establishing strategic partnerships with major international suppliers
- Advanced governance and risk oversight through Boeing’s Enterprise Auditor Leadership Program (selected from 250 applicants), strengthening capabilities in internal controls, risk management, program performance, and compliance
- Implemented AS9100 manufacturing standards across multiple sites, contributing to consolidated operations and a 30% reduction in production footprint with improved capacity utilization

Adriana is the founder of T.I.A. (Transcend, Influence, Ascend) Ltd. Co., a consulting and executive coaching firm that helps leaders and organizations:

Community Leadership & STEM Advocacy
Adriana’s impact extends beyond business. She serves on the Board of the DFW Hispanic100 Latina Leaders, is a Lifetime Member of SHPE, and supports economic empowerment through community leadership. In 2024, she established the Ocampo-Senior STEM Scholarship to help Hispanic female college students excel academically and become leaders in STEM.
Education & Languages
Adriana holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering (University of Missouri-Columbia) and an MBA (Maryville University). She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, bringing a multicultural lens to leadership, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
