Adriana has a deep sense of purpose to create lasting change through strategic philanthropy. Her work is centered on empowering the Hispanic community, advancing STEM education, and ensuring that women have the tools, resources, and opportunities to thrive in today’s workforce.
Through her involvement with key organizations, she strives to create opportunities that inspire the next generation of leader
- SUPPORTING STEM EDUCATION
Adriana’s work with organizations like High-Tech High Heels, the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), Great Minds in STEM (GMiS) and Instituto UNNO at Universidad Minuto de Dios, focuses on bridging the gap for underrepresented communities in STEM fields. These efforts include funding scholarships, mentoring programs, and promoting initiatives that encourage young women, especially Latinas, to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

- ELEVATING THE HISPANIC COMMUNITY
Through the DFW Hispanic100 Latina Giving Circle, and Rotary International, Adriana supports initiatives that promote the economic advancement of unrepresented communities. By providing grants to grassroots organizations, these organizations help community members gain access to education, provide leadership opportunities, and employment, while fostering entrepreneurship and financial literacy.
"Philanthropy is the bridge between compassion and action, empowering us to create lasting change and uplift communities through generosity and shared purpose."

RECENT TESTIMONIAL
“As a mentor at the UNNO Institute, Adriana Ocampo has promoted the development of long-term,
sustainable STEM education projects, strategies, and activities with a gender focus. In addition to this,
every time Adriana has the opportunity to visit our city, she gives inspiring talks to girls and young
people in the public schools of Bogotá. From her leadership capacity, Adriana has also been my mentor, promoting my leadership and female empowerment skills, which have allowed me, within my role as Director of the UNNO Institute, to lead initiatives that promote STEM education opportunities for more girls and women, for local, regional, national, and Latin American impact.
