“After leaving Boeing, I sought out a couple of times impactful speakers for internal events at other companies. Adriana stepped up when she learned that we were trying to impact women in their professional journeys and Hispanics who wanted to have a role model who came from their community.  Again, this certainly was not part of Adriana’s “day job,” but she did not hesitate.  She inspired some up-and-coming Hispanic leaders at my company and beyond just giving a speech, and she provided personal coaching to my Hispanic ERG leadership team, which included a high-potential Latina. I would have to say that Adriana’s motivation caused this person to take an even more active role in our ERG, and she now chairs it.”
